I needed a home phone because of my disability

The service on my cell phone was not dependable due to a metal roof on my home. I checked in to BestBuy online and my phone was shipped fast and I now don't have to move around to talk on my phone. I have a base unit and two extensions which serve me well. I live alone and needed this unit.

GOOD BUT NOT PERFECT

This set qualifies, as well. But the one flaw in the system is that this set does not seem to be equipped with caller ID. When I receive a call while on another call, this system does not tell me who is calling. I find this very annoying.
