These phones were purchased to replace an old Panasonic set that we also bought at Best Buy many years ago. There have been lots of improvements since then. These phones are great. They hold a charge for a long time, they have tons of memory for phone numbers and they talk to us and tell us who is calling. We are very happy with this system.

Replaced a non-functional Panasonic system, purchased 8 years ago, connected to a Vonage modem. We were skeptical that the old phone system was to blame for our inability to receive calls. This new system works perfectly and everything is now functional. Love the voice function announcing the caller's name.

Not much to say about landline phones nowadays. It works and has a clear sound. The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't display a time and date on the home screen. I thought that was basic for phones, guess not.

Easy to install works great with the home connection

Decent phone with 3 handsets. Each phone is numbers and can have different ring tones which I like. The answering machine does its purpose but is not as user friendly. I haven't figured out if I can delete individual messages or if I have to delete all of them at the same time.

This system offers reliable voicemail and clear service. Convenient multi room use with expansion capabilities allows you to locate phones in any room in your house. Intercom capabilities are especially nice when trying to communicate in a multilevel home!

These phones replaced another brand that we had bought for our new home. Couldn't figure out why we kept having phone service trouble. Our phone carrier came out and said service was fine but phones were the problem. We replaced them with these Panasonic phones which work great. No service issues since.

The phones and answering machine work well. I would have preferred one more handset with base unit but that set was unavailable although it was listed on the web site. They say you can expand but you have to recharge them at one of the three base units. This is not useful.

I recently bought a KX-TGD223 Digital Cordless Answering System (Panasonic) I am going to have to return it.. I have had a lot of problems. When I dial a number and the other party picks up to answer the phone lots of times I can't hear because the person's voice sounds choppy. Then when I'm talking there have been times when the call gets cut off and I have to call the person back.. I have not been able to return the phone because I had surgery and I can;t drive... As soon as I am allowed to drive I will return it for a different phone..
