Great speaker for elderly hard-of-hearing.

He no longer gets frustrated while talking on the phone. The multiple handsets allow him to hear the ring from anywhere in his house. I also bought this set for him so that, in the future, when he is unable to move quickly he will always be near a phone.

Lots of great features

I don't care for how slippery the plastic case is, and also it doesn't have an outlet for a headphone when you need the phone to be hands-free but don't want to use the speaker phone feature. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the phone, and I love that it comes with four handsets.
