EXCELLENT PHONE SYSTEM

I decided I wanted two more, however, Best Buy did not have the extra handsets, so I bought those from WalMart. Now I have six handsets. No more losing the phone! This phone system is PERFECT in my opinion! It is perfect for our family's needs. It has caller blocking system which is GREAT! and allows more numbers to be blocked than the actual phone company blocking allows. It has the intercom feature which is GREAT! You give each of the handsets a unique name and you can call that handset by its name. For instance, I named one of the handsets "WORKSHOP." Now when my husband is out back n the workshop, I can talk to him or let him know something just by calling him on the intercom. Another GREAT feature of this phone compared to the Panasonic sets that I had previously is that when you enter someone into the phonebook, it updates ALL of the handsets. My previous phone only had two handsets and when I would save a number to one handset, it would not show up on the other handset. Also, I LOVE the talking caller ID - WONDERFUL FEATURE! The base charger unit for this phone system has a built in voice mail for messages from missed callers. My husband and I are both VERY pleased with this phone system. The handsets light up making it easy to see the numbers. AWESOME phone set.

Base unit location/avoiding noise
The base unit and other compatible Panasonic
units use radio waves to communicate with
each other.

communications, place your base unit:
– at a convenient, high, and central
location with no obstructions between
the handset and base unit in an indoor
environment.
– away from electronic appliances such as
TVs, radios, personal computers,
wireless devices, or other phones.
– facing away from radio frequency
transmitters, such as external antennas
of mobile phone cell stations. (Avoid
putting the base unit on a bay window or
near a window.)

local environmental conditions.
Battery:
Clean the charge contacts of the handset,
base unit, and charger with a soft and dry
cloth once a month. Before cleaning the
unit, disconnect from power outlets and any
telephone line cords. Clean more often if

It is simple to connect, easy to use, and has good sound quality. I especially appreciate the speakerphone volume and clarity. Only time will tell if it will last as long as my last Panasonic cordless phone; meanwhile, it is definitely a keeper and I would purchase again.

Even though mobile phones seem to dominate most communication it is still nice to have a call on a cordless phone at home. Would recommend for a family home with several rooms that need phone coverage.
