I receive lots of static sounds at times. The sound fades in and out as the other person is talking on the other end. And then phone will randomly hang up during a conversation.

Easy to use phone for a senior

Any suggestions on how to improve the sound quality???

Posted .We are sorry to hear of the problems with this phone system. We recommend that the base unit is in a central location in the home. Also, be sure it is not near any electronic equipment that may cause interference. If recommendations do not resolve the issue we would have to refer to service.
