Was confused with directions and Geek Squad helped me even though didn’t know product. Went on line and other sources. Panasonic not as helpful as had to pay $1 for chat info. Though said refundable seemed like a lot of trouble. Glad have warranty with Best Bye. Finally pressed enough buttons and got it working. Not sure of rating as little use

Panasonic Cordless Phone...

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have just begun using this phone and I find it is taking me a little time to get used to the changes in this particular answering system..the one thing that I do not like is that if you put the phone down on its "face" the side with the numbers, it tries to put the numbers in all by itself... I think it would be better if the numbers were flat and NOT raised and the larger numbers are more folks with vision issues....

Better quality than previous AT&T cordless
