Good quality

At first my Mom didn't know how to use and said she isn't able to hear when she answers the phone. I showed her where the speaker button is and she said that works fine. I was going to exchange but she said she will keep and use speaker. I didn't have any issues when I used with out speaker so I am not sure if there is an issue.
