Recording outgoing message is a bit of a drag as you have to push a series of buttons to make it happen. There is no 'record message" button. If you lose the manual, you won't remember how to change your message. Of course, you could probably go on-line to do it but, that is also annoying. But, hey, what do you want for this price point? It is decent.
