I usually like Panasonic products. However, I have had several answering machines over the years. But never one so complicated. I like the call announce feature and the better lighted screen. But the other negatives outweigh the positive. such as when you are done listening to a message there's no delete option. you have to go to the menu then select answering machine, then messages. the led screen doesn't show the time.
