The displays are easy to read. The buttons are large and separated making it easy to dial mistake free. The answering system voice messages are clear and easy to understand. A good replacement phone set. The voice announcing the caller was unexpected and a bit alarming at first but is now become a very useful feature.

We had an older Panasonic cordless system who's batteries were running down very quickly and the sound occasionally sounded distorted. I bought this one as the ratings were better than most others and the price was reasonable. It doesn't really stay charged all that long (not as long as I'd hoped) but since we have two handsets, when one is getting low on battery power, we switch to the other. We don't use the answerphone feature as we have voicemail with Comcast which is convenient to access when we're away. It's probably not the best cordless phone but is sufficient for our needs.

Great Service

I went to an associate and was able to order it, no prob. I was given a date that my order was to be delivered and it was delivered on time. I love what I ordered and I am a happy customer!
