It would have been good to know we need special panasonic batteries to use the phone, we were charging with the regular batteries all the time as it was not charging ..... we were ready to toss the phone and buy a new one , when the vendor told us to use the special panasonic batteries, now it works properly

I got this because I was having problems with my landline. It was easy to set up, etc. but turned out that my landline phone was okay so I returned this item.

What type of sorcery is this !!!!! speaking to the unseen !!!! If it could only speak from the future that i would look like a freakin genius.... not a big panasonic fan but does what t is supposed to

We bought these as replacements for our ancient ones that finally died. We've had zero issues with them. We got Ooma and they work perfectly with that service.

It has been a while since I have had to use a landline, and the new house needs one for the security system. This phone does the job and is moderately priced.

I like the phone, talking on the phone is clear. I like the convince of having several phones, not having to hurray to answer when I am in a different room

Works well. About same cost on sale as buying batteries for old phone but has updated features. Would give 5 but not as comfortable to hold as old phone.

needed a new answering machine/phone for the home. This one does the job and like that we now have an extension closer to the family room. Love the wireless extension.

Counter top or wall unit. Easy to set up. Voice announcement is nice but pronunciation in off,on names but does calls out the number calling. Looks good.

We r satisfied with the phone. Except the zero number button is directly above call block n it's easy to press call block while going for zero.

Love the feature of announcing the call before I can pick it up. I wish the handheld phone was a little thinner. I don't use the answer machine. It was a good price. No problems so far.
