Defective charging station

I purchased this phone on 6/4/21 and set it up about a week or two later. For the last several weeks I have been having a very big problem with the charging station for the second handset (without the answering machine.) I have to try several times to hear the sound that confirms the handset is charging. Today I came home and the phone, in the charing station, was dark and blank and the battery charge was actually depleted by one bar. I do not have a receipt, but I have the UPC number from the box it came from. Can anyone help? Otherwise I am happy with the unit.

Great Features but some don't work

After less than two months it has stopped being useful. I can call with it, receive calls with it, BUT it has stopped recognizing the buttons you press after you have made the call. "Press 1 for English....etc etc" It registers on the screen that the number has been pressed but it does nothing. I cannot use the phone anywhere where I have to press numbers to make choices. I call Best Buy and they tell me to go to the Geek Squad. That is not a good response. I am not a happy camper. I should be able to exchange it.
