Only can give a average rating. The phone does work on and off. Sometimes it disconnects for no reason and calls are lost. It rings and when answered it does not connect with caller.

We bought this set in November 2020 and in July 2021 the speaker phone and key tones broke on one of the handsets so we have to return it.

This is my second Panasonic phone they last along time they are neat looking and they are easy to use. The reception is also very good

Does the job. Sound actually ones from the back of the phone so if you put phone down for speaker use it’s toned down! It’s okay, not great.

I use this phone just for marketing purposes. We allow all calls to come into this line and basically do nothing else. The features are just OK, nothing that would make me change to VOIP. Its just ok!

I was very disappointed in this phone. Even at the highest sound setting on speaker phone it was hard to understand, fuzzy like my old phone. I had to return it and have a Best Buy associate that knew about phones help me.

This Panasonic is durable and still going strong. The options on the phones meets my needs and is convenient, I only use to phone to make local calls to business in the area.

I needed a phone for small office, for messages when I'm mot around. The audio messaging on this unit is just short of terrible, but it was the best option I could find. Oh, well.

Bought this model at a great price and works ok, but battery life sucks, handset doesn’t last more than 2-3 days when not in charger.

Periodically breaks up when both hand helds in use in joint calls. Have had people we are talking to say, “you are breaking up”.

I got a new phone because it was so difficult to hear on my old one. But this phone is worse. Can hardly hear a sound on it.

Can't change greeting remotely and takes forever to dial out after hearing a message. Also can't dial number back that is on message. I have had other phones that this can be done easily on and have ordered one of them on ebay.

Everything works well except the batteries. Even if we dont use phones, by 2nd day we have to charge them.

If you still have a land line, this phone and extra handset is a reasonable phone. My old one died, and this one was on sale. No complaints.

Speaker phone is getting drowned out with even minimal ambient noise.

Problems with phonebook on phone sometimes it works other times not working Otherwise the phone is ok

telephone works good . volume set high on phone ,still hard to hear.

Sometimes the phone slips off the charging ports, and the phone is not fully charged.

I can't hear very well and the volume is difficult to regulate.

I can’t figure out if the phone is without functions of if they are not documented. No instructions included.
