I don't like how the answering machine works. It is a pretty good phone that works well!

Not great can not reach anyone on there Telephone. Not great instruction

After only 21 days the satellite charging station failed to work. Best Buy refused to resolve this issue and directed me to Panasonic, who then expected me to pay to ship the defective item back to them along with a “detailed” explanation of the problem. Not a happy customer!

It’s okay for the price.Not very impressed by the product.

Its a nice little phone to use when you dont have anything else

Irritating voice tells who’s calling and I have not been unable to shut it off

mouse pad is too responsive to the slightest touch. The pad auto zoom can not be turned off and is difficult to deal with. I spend too much time having to close the page and go to the page again because refresh does not reset the zoom you didnt want. There was a problem with the charger from day one butt both Best buy and Leveno told me that was too bad that I would have to buy another charger. M son found one for me but as it turns out the internal batter is the problem and now it does not want to charge, but since we are in lockdown I cant get to a store and try to be refunded for what was a defective computer from day one.

Cannot raise the volume on these phones, you cannot hear the person on the other end of the call.

Both phone began beeping in May 2021. I didn't know why but then both phones would no longer maintain a charge. Batteries dead. Now one set of batteries of the 4 new batteries purchased are, again, dead.

A value packed product. I would suggest it to friends .

This is the worst phone I have from panasonic.I have been using panasonic home phones since 12 years.There is no noise reduction.Sometimes it never show me caller CID and call waiting is also worst .I opened it late after buying thats why i couldn't returned it otherwise it is not a worth it phone to buy.On the previous one I have a holder to attach on my shirt this one didn't carry that too.So overall its not good .

I really have no complaints about this phone does it’s job

We had four problem in the first five days of use. Returned unit and purchased ATT system. So far the ATT unit has worked with no problems.

Got phones for landline connection and two locations

We returned the phone b/c calls started dropping when calls did not drop with the other phones. Cannot rule out comcast or that we got a lemon phone but ended up reverting back to our old phones.

This model is horrible. The power keeps cutting off for no reason which leaves the phone useless. The only way you'd know that the phone is off is that LCD on the base is off. The handset will show that base is offline. You'll need to unplug the power from the electrical receptacle and plug it back in. This will reboot the phone and will start to work again, but who knows for how long? This happens three times a week in our case.

I had to return the item, cheaply made. Dropped calls, phone echoed through the calls. I chose to go back to my old Panasonic tgea40 model.
