Doesn't charge correctly

The build is nothing compared to the old Panasonic's i had that lasted me over 5 years. Sadly when i noticed the issue was persistent i had already missed the return date i am very disappointed.

Much more difficult to program than a cell phone.

Never was able to enter any contacts to it. Consulted my cell phone when I wanted to look up a number. Sound was awful. Gave up and got a second cell phone and threw it away.
