I had panasonic since 2015 kx-274 working great until now, I bought this new with two handset, look better and lighter, suond clear, ring loud, especially talking iD calling,so I know the number without looking the screen,and lot of good features, bloking call, address book, and too many features easy to setup...

We had a 10 year old ATT cordless phone and 2 weeks ago, one of the batteries would not recharge. We took the price of a new battery towards the cost of this new Panasonic wireless. Let the new Panasonic phones set on their chargers for a while to get them fully charged. Then proceed to set things up ........long story short. The settings are so easy and simple. The axillary phone is in a bedroom and the main unit is in the living room. I recommend this wireless phone!

Have the burgundy model...... had to replace it because the numbers wore off after several years. Then remembered i do have the other hand phone. Went to get that one....seen all the numbers were still in good shape....used it-then forgot the some of the numbers would not work right.....have to push them really hard to get it to work correctly. So replaced it with this model and picked out the SILVER color.....when i ordered this and opened the box when i got home.....I could not believe the whole thing is NOT SILVER only the front. THE back is WHITE.....well while nice....it will get dirty....grr do not like to clean a phone before or after i use it or wash my hands to keep this phone clean. grrr.....thought....well maybe some of the parts like the case inter change.... NOPE not so! Because this phone is THINNER and is VERY lightweight.....looks cheaply made compared to the cordless phone i have now the burgundy one and the one i had in the past of Panasonic Cordless Phones.....just sayin' ! I know they do not make things as good or last in the past.....i know i have been replacing everything that i have had for 20 years.....It is a shame.....Think something should be done about this! I am putting i do recommend this.....because it is what it is....I have found nothing better in this price range that is better made. I am really just upset about the color!

Panasonic makes great landline phones, I've had one for years. But it was time to upgrade & this one is even better than my old one. Has large numbers, a bigger, easier to read screen & it's even lighter weight. One BIG selling point for me was the Block Call feature, I get so many robocalls daily. I was lead to believe it was simple as just pushing the button at the bottom of the phone. But it actually requires an additional pay for service from the phone company (caller ID) in order to work. No where did I read that info in the description here. I found the info on the bottom of the box. There is a learning curve for setting up the other features such as adding numbers to the phone book. But looking over the booklet & checking online think I have it setup now. Except the call block, ugh, believe it will be a monthly charge from ATT to enable that feature.

I bought this Panasonic cordless phone for my elderly father's birthday. He especially likes the very readable Caller ID screen, and the talking feature announcing callers is also very handy. He hasn't mentioned any negatives. I would definitely recommend!

Great set of phones. The sound is clear in both units and multiple menu features available.

Pretty easy to use; like the big numbers and functionality.

I generally like Panasonic products. This phone would be a good phone for the price. Less the 24 hours after receiving this phone on one of the handset one horizontal line of dots stopped working on the LCD screen. I did an online chat with Panasonic and was informed that I'll have to pay for the shipping to the service center. It's like paying twice for something even if it's a manufacturing defect.

This phone is below average as a cordless phone. The speaker is weak and you have to basically still hold the phone to hear even when the speaker is on. The answering machine messages are so low you can not hear them. We have to play them back several times to try to get the info left. That was a negative seen in other reviews but I thought surely it can't be that bad and bought this phone anyway. Bad decision. It has a 1 year warranty but Panasonic doesn't actually back the warranty. If anything goes wrong you have to pay to mail it to them which these days is half the cost of the phone. No one can give you any idea how long it will take to either get it back repaired or replaced, if at all. Once they have the phone it is up to their discretion as to how to follow through. They don't have to do anything about it. Our phone did not make the 1 year. It made 9.5 months and that was it. My previous cordless phone lasted almost ten years. Basically this phone and its warranty sucks.

The anwering machine will give my recorded message but then will not record the caller's message. The instruction booklet describes the problem but the fix is just manufacturer jibberish. Not able too perform the alluded to recommended solution as the manual and the phone menu are for Ph D.'s in computer science. There is no way an 80 year old housewife like myself can understand it, much less perform the sugggested correction.

I bought this phone for the answering system and it will not work. Not receiving any help from customer service so if this does not work I will return this Panasonic phone.
