I just know my old phone was so much easier to work in every aspect.these new phones offer way to many functyions so gets confusing, but panasonic customer sertvice was easy to get to fast and helped quickly to resolve any ?

Posted .Thank you for the purchase of the KXTGD563A. Yes we do agree that the phone has lots of features and this is what makes this phone so remarkable. Rather then scrolling through the Menu on the phone, we simplified the menu access to allow customers to put in the 3 digit code that takes one to the exact location in the menu to make the change. This provides customers the quick and easy setup capability that many were wanting.

Best Panasonic phone I have ever purchased!

It also is complete with 3 phones and charging docks, including the main dock that is plugged into the wall. Loaded with features! My best phone ever, I highly recommend this phone.
