Worst Panasonic cordless phone: KX-TGD563

After my old and very good Panasonic cordless telephone system gave up it's life, I decided to buy another Panasonic. The major issue is that you cannot sort your contacts by LAST NAMES first. You are stuck with FIRST NAMES only. There are no options to change anything. I took the phone to a Geek Squad agent who spent an hour trying to change it and couldn't. I returned the phone. A really stupid decision by Panasonic!!!

It needs frequent recharging and finding a phone number in your directory requires too many steps as do so many items on the menu. It works fine and if you love setting up new gadgets, you'll love it. But this is not a simple phone with one-step buttons.
