The voice quality is excellent and they keys are large and easy to depress. The answering machine is also great. We also linked our 2 cell phones and that is helpful when the caller is announced.

The installation and set up was easy and the quality is great. I would recommend this for anyone needing a high quality phone that is easy to use.

Great phone for the elderly

The text messages are announced to her. She rarely misses text messages anymore. I will buy this phone for myself when my regular phone dies

I wish the phones had a "plug in" for head sets. The phone base does not beep or alert you of new phone messages. Otherwise, the phones are clear and easy to program.

It really works! Much easier than the ones you have to go on line or call in. It is attractive also. Stores more #'s than previous ones we've had. Not to mention it was a great price.
