Honest Opnion

Could not cancel and move on to other features. Returned phone for AT& T phone. I am not happy with the AT&T phone, but I am at least able to answer calls with it

Cordless Phone System

Very disappointed!

However, it only worked for five and a half months. After researching a fix for it, I discovered the model number on the website and the one on the bottom of the phone cradle are two different numbers. I have had Panasonic products for years and they worked great…this one is going in the trash. I replaced it with a different brand.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback! Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue with your telephone: 1. Reset your telephone by unplugging the power cord (AC Adapter) and the landline cord from the backside of the main base unit. Wait for one minute, then reconnect them and check if you have a dial tone. 2. Press the MENU button on a handset, then the # key and enter 122. Use the UP or DOWN arrow keys to choose the option that says "A", press SAVE, and press the OFF button to exit the setting. Check if the issue persists. 3. Press the MENU button on a handset, then the # key and enter 120. Use the UP or DOWN arrow keys to choose the option that says "Tone" and press SAVE. Press the OFF button to exit the setting. Please check again for the issue. 4. Perform an Intercom call by pressing the MENU button on a handset. Then use the UP or DOWN arrow keys to choose the option that says "Intercom" and press SELECT. Choose a different handset number to perform a call and press SELECT. To answer the call from the ringing handset, press the TALK button. Check if the same issues occur during the Intercom call. If there are no similar issues during the Intercom call, it indicates a line issue. You will need to contact your telephone service provider to inspect their service and the physical connections at your place. They may have suffered damage over time. Hope this helps -C

I have to return them to Best buy or Panasonic They echo when you talk into them . It's verry hard to hear the people you are talking to. They are junk.

If you are hearing static or echo on your phone, reception breaks in and out or experiencing humming noise on the background while using your cordless phone, it might be caused by a transmission or electric interference, noise can also come from the phone lines, it would be best to locate the source of the interference first and a simple method of determining this would be to verify if static is heard on your other set of phones aside from the Panasonic. Relocate or plug the Panasonic phone to a different area where there is less interference. If you are subscribing to DSL/ADSL service, it is recommended to use a DSL filter. Most DSL/ADSL service providers would have the filters available for their subscribers, you may also check out your local electronic stores for availability. -M

Poor phone

I need to check to see if it’s under manufacturers warranty because I feel like this is pretty poor.

Sound breaks up periodically

Setting this up is harder than my computer!

I had a previous version of this, 3 phones, answering, etc. for several years until they gave up. This new version is so much more complicated, very annoying.

On line tech chat with Panasonic would was no help. The owners manual did not address this condition. In summary I would not buy this phone.
