Works well

I would not buy this phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this phone for about a year and am quite dissatisfied with it. I have two problems with it. First, when I answer a call, there is several seconds, five or 10, of silence before it connects with the calling party. This makes difficult to know when to start speaking and makes for a very awkward (and sometime embarrassing) greeting. But more important, the phone looses contact with the base station which is only 25' away. This has caused me to miss calls. I recognized this problem right away and exchanged it for a new phone. The replacement has the same problem. Since this seems to be design defect, rather than a one off, I am surprised no one has reported this in the reviews.

Main charger needs to “sit up straighter”!

Well designed looks great

Very disappointed

I hoped it would be super easy and easier than her cell phone. There are too many things I don’t like about this phone to list, but I would definitely not recommend it for an elderly person or someone who struggles with electronics for whatever reason.

Sound problems

Short phone cord.
