A great little phone!

This Panasonic is ridiculously easy to set up and use. The calls are clear and I like that it announces who is calling as you are rushing to the phone.

This prompts them to answer, invariably they don't. It is satisfying to end the call with a recorded 'the call is ended now'. Life is too short to talk to these parasites.

The salesperson who helped me was very helpful and considerate. We hadn't been able to find the grey trim, so I settled for Navy Blue and went to the cashier. Before I paid for the phones, the saleslady who had helped me, find what I wanted and caught me before I paid for my purchase. I was very happy! '

Excellent system

I replaced an older system that had outlived its usefulness. The answering capacity is excellent and the system announces the caller when the phone rings. You can also block spam.

Stops Robo Calls

Our last Panasonic lasted over 15 years. Display is good, very readable. Call Block button is great. Sound is duplexed. Some features are difficult to figure out, like how to erase a message. This is a high quality Japanese product.

Talked to Josh about our needs and he showed various phones that would fit the bill. We studied them and decided to purchase the Panasonic phones - 3 of them. Wound up ordering them online - no problem. They were delivered on time. Read the instructions and they were easy to install. Very satisfied.

Works great for my 95 year old mother

The larger buttons/ numbers makes it easier for my Mom to see. And push. She loves the look of the phones since they are seen throughout the home. As so many the Robo calls disrupts her day and night. Having the red block button gives her the opportunity to do something about them. Overall the best phone set she had had.

Great multi-handset system

The LCD display is clear and large enough to read, also. The talking Caller ID means we don't have to have the handset to know who is calling. The buttons are easily pressed when the handset is placed facedown.

I’ve reduced those robo calls from 20 a day down to 2 or 3 a day & Im blocking them as they come in. It’s a little difficult to set up my caller list. Takes patience. The sound quality is great.

Good, but not good enough

Would have liked to be able to check availability at my closest store before placing my order, but no one at that store ever answers the phone -- instead call gets routed to an out-of-country "order taker" agent who doesn't have a clue. As a result, didn't receive the product at my closest store until almost a week later than expected
