Disappointing outcome

But I cannot use the cordless phone to answer a call or call out. The phone goes dead until I put it back on the receiver. I had another Panasonic Answering System for 23 years. It worked like a charm. Very disappointed!

No Voice mail promp set up

We recommend saving the voicemail access code on the phone by following these steps: please press MENU then the pound key [#] and type 331. Every Thing good but volume
