Uncomplicated interface on the main unit was a requirement since I was getting it for an older relative you doesn't need all of the extra stuff.

It’s sleek, totally programmable for what I want, and very affordable. Panasonic makes an excellent product as evidenced by the fact I purchased the same set again!

For one, the handsets each have a Call Block button strategically placed where your chin is most likely to accidentally hit it. Also, the handset is impossible to hold without your hands; won't rest on your shoulder for even one second. And the features are so complicated it will take you weeks to program it as you'd might like. And to undo a feature? Better off living with it.
