The problem with the 20 yr old one was I couldn't always find batteries. Had to order from Panasonic and I could no longer read who was calling. Panasonic expandabke cordless phone

Geek Squad put wrong batteries in it & when it didn't work, he told me to throw the phone. The rep who cells cell phones also said the same. I bought the right batteries from Battery Giant & my old phone is working now. So I will have to return this phone!!!
