It’s worthless . Purchased in February and by May it was broken .

Bought as replacement landline phone for my 91 year old father who isn’t ready to transition to cellular. The primary reason for choosing this phone was the stated call blocking feature. So far, this has reduced 15-20 nuisance sales calls and computer generated calls per day to ZERO. Callers are instructed by the phone to enter a number on the keypad. When completed, the receiver then rings and audibly announces the caller. That has to be done only once then that number is placed in the “allowed” list. The phone has many features, but it is not an intuitive learning experience and the included printed instructions could/should be better. The instructions are adequate for a few basic, necessary functions for basic use and the call blocking. Trying to interpret the instructions differently and pecking buttons got me to additional functions. Trying to get things accomplished through the government’s Do Not Call List was useless. This phone was immediately and dramatically positive. If an undesirable caller does slip through there is a large, red Block button on the receiver which ends the call and blocks it. The audible call announcement (when set for that function) is mechanical, but clear. The receiver units seem reasonably sturdy and the buttons don’t rattle around. 91 year old slightly impaired eyes don’t seem to have problems with the information screen or buttons on the receiver.

Much superior to our previous phone. Easy to use. Good clarity.

Attractive phone and easy to setup or use. Price is Good and keys easy to use for Seniors. If you need to update your house phone, buy this one

THE PHONE NOT WORKING AS MENTIONED NOT GOOD AT ALL

Have been thinking of returning. Static or noise is horrible on incoming calls from cell phones

The phone is fine and the only one I could find that had all the features I needed. I especially wanted caller ID and speed dial. This phone has those features and I am still getting used to it. It has more than my previous phone that I have not used as yet.

Like having a landline…have had several Panasonics and lasted for years. Finally time for new setup. Pretty much same but like the addition of call block…that ray gun sound! Bought this model as top of the series and was only available at Best Buy online. Solid phone. DW

Bought as Christmas present for my father. His old Panasonic were over 20 years old. Not much different than old, but like call block feature. Instructions for all the blocking features can be little confusing.

Talking caller if a must. Several features. Takes a bit to setup.

Well made many good features. Handles incoming calls very well.

I replaced my old answering machine with this Panasonic set and couldn't be happier with the ease of set up, sound quality and battery life.

I am extremely happy with this phone. I am able to see who calls and can block unwanted calls so easily.

great phone system easy to use and find love the call block

We needed to replace our multi-phone cordless system quickly and found this great buy at Best Buy. Since receiving it, there have been absolutely no problems with the system. It is was easy set up and easy to program. The manual is easy to ready. I am extremely happy with this system and even happier with the price. Thanks Best Buy!
