Works well. Still trying to figure out why the answering machine does not record calls, goes to phone voicemail. Answering is on.

System was easy to set up. Problem I've had is with the volume all the way up I can hardly hear the message on the answering machine. The phones aren't much better

I like the phones, but the cord to the phone is too short to put it where I want it on the end table.

The Panasonic phone was very easy to set up but the call waiting feature malfunctions and automatically interrupts your call rather than allowing the user to decide whether to accept or ignore the incoming call which is a major nuisance. I contacted tech support and that was a major frustration. They tried to tell me the problem was the service provider even though I have an older panasonic phone which works just fine on the same line. They also told me to buy a DSL filter which did nothing. I have spent hours of wasted time between Panasonic and the phone carrier. I will never buy another Pansonic phone again. Buyer beware!

I like it much better than the AT&T telephone that I replaced.

The weight of the phone is problematic. The holder is a very thin plastic and so is the weight of the receiver.

Easy to set up and call quality is very good. I've always been pleased with Panasonic phones.

so far good phones. trying to figure how to block numbers and spam calls is confusing to me though

i bought this to block these scam and spam callers it does not work they still get through. i'm disappointed .

For some reason I cannot change the time and date? I do changed it and in an hour or two goes back to vianathe last one before daylight time. I’m bringing one of the phones to your store. Thank you

Purchased KX-TGD832W on 1/6/22. Set it up without any problem except that when I use the handset, which I have located upstairs, no one can hear me. I can hear callers fine and otherwise the handset works ok. I have not find an answer to this problem. Help.

Bought this phone a few weeks ago. The sound level, at the highest level, is mediocre. Need to use it on speaker in order to hear it clearly - and no, I don't have hearing loss. Also, I set the date and time, following directions closely. It sets both the time and date and saves it. Then, 24 hrs later, the time setting is off by 3 hours. I have reset the time over and over again carefully re-reading and re-following the directions. The date stays correct, but the time setting does not hold. Extremely annoying for a new phone. This isn't enough for me to go through the difficulties of returning the poor-performing phone so I'll keep it. But it sure is frustrating to spend $60 on a phone this mediocre.
