For the price, this phone set (two units/bases) was a pleasant surprise. I agree that the wiring looks thin (other's comments), but these phones have a lot of features (blocking, mute, save numbers to "phonebook", batteries are wire-free, rechargeable triple AAA and come with units. One negative is if you are hard of hearing, you may need to find a phone that is specific for that. I'm not hard of hearing, but, quality of sound on speaker phone isn't the best. For the price, this phone is great for me.

I thought this would be a basic phone, but it has many nice features, like an audio caller ID message while ringing, a missed call log, and a handset “Locate” button.

I don't know how it does it, but we had two junk phone calls on our landline after I bought this phone system, which I blocked, and haven't had a single robo or junk call since. Amazing! Other than the "voice" of the phone being a little robotic and not pronouncing some names well, it's a really good product.

Woks well with call block also. Easy to use and caller id is great. I love that you can push the call block button and get rid of unwanted telemarketers quick.

Nice phone system , very easy to set up. Really like the option to block numbers from telemarketers . Can't think of anything bad about this phone. If your're looking for a new phone can't go wrong with this set.

I purchased this phone to replace one that had stopped working, I receive 20 to 30 telemarketing and robo calls a day, with the phone ringing one call after another. This phone with its telemarketing and robo call block, has reduced this ringing to 0. I am a senior citizen, and it was easy to set up. I highly recommend this phone.

Excellent!!!! Great phone. It has an easy call blocker, This has been a game changer!! We used to get around 20 unwanted calls per day. Now we just push the red caller block button , answer yes on the screen and it’s blocked.

Purchased this for a 85 year old hard of hearing father who gets a lot of spam calls. We can hear each other over this new phone very well. Before it was what..huh..what etc.. The call block function works with ease. However he is already at 130 blocked numbers after a week. I wish this phone had the ability to block more than just 150 callers.

This is a great phone!!! I bought if for my 91 year old dad and he loves it too!!!Easy to use and set up and I love the message machine as well. He doesn't have to punch numbers and codes to get to his voicemail!!!! I highly recommend this phone.

Easy to set up. Good basic home phone for a reasonable price. Comes with everything you need (cords, batteries, optional wall mount attachment). Volume and speakerphone quality are very good.

I purchased an AT&T earlier, not reading it's features, which I regretted. I searched for a Panasonic with better features which I discovered Best Buy's wonderful purchase, wonderful delivery in two days. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of purchasing, delivery, and price of the unit. I will check Best Buy in the future when purchasing applicable products.

Very user friendly. Size perfect. Called ID nice feature and caller blocking nice to have with all spam calls coming nowdays!

This is just what we need! We like having a land-line so that we reduce the number of spam calls on our Cell Phones. It was easy to set up and the voice system even notifies us for potential spam calls.

This phone was worth the investment! I was getting telemarketer calls every half hour . I have this phone on snooze for 23 hou4w so that i don't hear the phone ringing when they call. I don't even have to block them. When someone calls, they have to enter a 3 digit number and the phone will ring and I can answer it . I entered all of my contacts into the phone and they won't have to enter a code. When a telemarketer calls, it is an automated call and they can't enter the code so they can't get through and cause my phone to ring. My life is so peaceful now. I noticed also when I check the caller ID that the calls have been dropping down now to about 3 a day. Thank you Panasonic!!!!

We bought this phone for my Mom to replace a Panasonic phone she's had for years. She receives so many spam calls like the rest of us, but this phone automatically blocks spam calls as well as allowing her to manually block many more.

Replaced a worn out cordless phone. Much better quality and features. Love the easy to use call blocker feature. We give it lots of use.

Small shop so we take multiple calls in a small room & were getting sound interference & signal issues. This puppy solved that.

good sound , has more features than I have yet to utilize. I have had the last phone, Panasonic, many years. The new set is pretty to easy to use for the features we use the most, but the instruction book is not easy to understand for some of the features I have not used before.
