A great PANASONIC phone system

The only problem I have is ,the weight.I would like to see a little more weight in all of components.

I agree that the wiring looks thin (other's comments), but these phones have a lot of features (blocking, mute, save numbers to "phonebook", batteries are wire-free, rechargeable triple AAA and come with units. One negative is if you are hard of hearing, you may need to find a phone that is specific for that. I'm not hard of hearing, but, quality of sound on speaker phone isn't the best. For the price, this phone is great for me.

Stopped the panic after our DECT telephone broke

Our daughter did in a short time this DECT set on Best Buy. We judged the set if it could meet our needs. We ordered it online. Two hours later we could pick. It up in the shop. Installed it home. Works very good. Clear sound.

Best Buy vs Amazon

Seems to work all right. Not too expensive. Pretty similar to the one we have had for the past 15-20 years. Did not have in the store, had order it online. People at the store did not seem to know much about it. Hard to beat Amazon with this kind of service. I like Best Buy, have for years. But they need more "experts" if they are going to compete with Amazon.
