Our family needed a new set of phones, as our previous ones had stopped working. These phones were a great replacement. As the phone rings the caller or phone number is announced to let you know who is calling. In addition to this your able to review voice messages, which is one of the top reasons I selected this phone. The phones are light weight and can the range is great. The phones also come with a menu where you are able to have a phone book, display the caller list, retrieve voicemails, intercom others throughout the house, select the setting menu, receive customer support, speed dial calls, set the time and date, and even features a baby monitor option. Kinda cool! Overall not a bad price for a telephone system.

The sound is wonderful and it easy set up I like you can block all numbers thatare spam. And you can replay your records

Very nice. Study and the display is easy to read. Not crazy about having to enter a code to do anything when my prior set had it show up on the screen. Could be tough for non tech savy people to operate but other than that it is a very nice set and very good price.

Phone faces are easier to read than those they replaced. Negotiating my way to the intercom, a feature I use regularly, is cumbersome. I do wish Panasonic made it easier to find what I need and keep those options at hand. Issues related to calls: Sound, battery life, etc. all great.

My very elderly mother needed a set of two easy to use cordless phones. While this set has extra features beyond basics, it is easy to use right from the beginning and learning how to use the "extras" will become easier as she gains confidence. She had the old-fashioned dial phone for 70+ years, and especially appreciates the Caller ID function which she never had before. The white color is clean looking.

I purchased this set because I previously had a Panasonic phone system & I like the large easy 2 read keys & founf them 2 B reliable.

I bought this phone for my severely hearing impaired aunt. We were having so much difficulty communicating with her over different cell phones. What a difference this phone has made. She can hear us with and without her hearing aids, and as we are 10 hours away and her only family, being able to communicate again has been vital. Her doctors and other professionals are able to communicate with her again as well.

Very clear, good reception and easy to use for my elderly mother-in-law. Would recommend.

Great phone. I bought it to stop the robocalls and it does just that! I now have peace and quiet in the house instead of the phone ringing every two minutes

I bought these phones to replace an old Panasonic set purchased at least 15 yrs ago or more. I'm very pleased with the easy set-up and voice quality. I can easily block nuisance calls, too.

For the price, this phone set (two units/bases) was a pleasant surprise. I agree that the wiring looks thin (other's comments), but these phones have a lot of features (blocking, mute, save numbers to "phonebook", batteries are wire-free, rechargeable triple AAA and come with units. One negative is if you are hard of hearing, you may need to find a phone that is specific for that. I'm not hard of hearing, but, quality of sound on speaker phone isn't the best. For the price, this phone is great for me.

Charged in a short amount of time, sound is clear, and the features are all useful. The main phone with larger base requires plugging into both an electrical & a landline outlet - the extra cordless phone base needs only the electrical. The "home" base is small so takes up little counter space - the other phone base is hardly wider than the phone itself. Also, the phones are fairly compact in size, so I have one on a bookshelf. This set is a good value for the price.

Woks well with call block also. Easy to use and caller id is great. I love that you can push the call block button and get rid of unwanted telemarketers quick.

Nice phone system , very easy to set up. Really like the option to block numbers from telemarketers . Can't think of anything bad about this phone. If your're looking for a new phone can't go wrong with this set.

Easy set up; sound quality and blocking unwanted calls

I find it difficult to hold the phone comfortably on my shoulder. I tried ordering a shoulder support that attached but that was so uncomfortable. Otherwise the phone works great. It only rings three times. I love the call blocker.

Purchased this for a 85 year old hard of hearing father who gets a lot of spam calls. We can hear each other over this new phone very well. Before it was what..huh..what etc.. The call block function works with ease. However he is already at 130 blocked numbers after a week. I wish this phone had the ability to block more than just 150 callers.
