Posted .Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us! To adjust the volume during a call, simply press the up arrow on the handset repeatedly. To adjust the ringtone volume, navigate to MENU #160, then press the up arrow to increase the volume > press SAVE. You will need to enable the answering machine by pressing ANSWER ON/OFF on the base unit. The indicator should light up. -M

No Voice mail promp set up

We recommend saving the voicemail access code on the phone by following these steps: please press MENU then the pound key [#] and type 331. One slight (?) problem

They’re good at updating the services (e.g. the “CallBlock” button) but one problem has cropped up in the last couple of phones. The battery doesn’t hold a charge for very long. Shortly after I started using this one the receivers have run out of juice after less than 2 days. While this is a pain, I like all the other features so much that I choose to continue to but them.
