The voice announcement is unintelligible. It says I have a message from my phone company and wants me to login...I don't have a log in. It only rings twice before announcing and by the time I pick up, it's too late to press call block.

Posted .Thank you for the review! If the sound is very distant when making a phone call, we would like you to perform a test with an Intercom call if you have more than 1 handset. If the sound is alright during Intercom calls between handsets, then there is an issue with your line: either with the service from the provider or with the physical line itself (a damage). For making an Intercom call, press the Intercom button on a handset and select another handset in the house that you want to page. Have a conversation with someone in your house to see how the sound is. Please also press, on a handset, MENU#122, and change the line from B to A using the UP and DOWN arrows. Save the option and press the OFF button. Hope this helps! -C
