Posted .Thank you for the review! If the sound is very distant when making a phone call, we would like you to perform a test with an Intercom call if you have more than 1 handset. If the sound is alright during Intercom calls between handsets, then there is an issue with your line: either with the service from the provider or with the physical line itself (a damage). For making an Intercom call, press the Intercom button on a handset and select another handset in the house that you want to page. Have a conversation with someone in your house to see how the sound is. Please also press, on a handset, MENU#122, and change the line from B to A using the UP and DOWN arrows. Save the option and press the OFF button. Hope this helps! -C

My old ones were much more up to date!

Also when the phone rings you have to find the button to puch to say hello. NOT with my old ones, unfortunately I will have to get used to these. No volume button for hearing the caller.
