    bought it for a family member just wish i could increase the volume higher as they wear hearing aids and still have problems hearing.

    Title says it. Caller ID works well. Little announcer lady will announce caller name. We use it for a small business (food service) and it hasn’t disappointed.

To adjust the ringtone volume, navigate to MENU #160, then press the up arrow to increase the volume > press SAVE. You will need to enable the answering machine by pressing ANSWER ON/OFF on the base unit. The indicator should light up. -M Panasonic
