    The product is okay only. I wanted an up to date unit. The unit you substituted had a January, 2020 date. When I attempted to obtain the unit I ordered, it was impossible. In the future I will review your merchandise better.

    The phone is supposed to announce the person, but you can't understand a word of it. it is also very confusing to operate.
