I got what I was looking for,with a much improved call blocking system. Good sound quality, even with speaker phone.

The then corded phones did not work in the new connections. We purchase this system because the base phone works with new connection, and the cordless phone worked off the base phone and did not have to be plugged in.

Great Landline Phone

It was easy to set up and is easy to use. The caller is announced when the phone rings, and messages are recorded if the phone is not answered. The price was very competitive, too!

My only complaint is that I cannot figure out a way to delete voicemail messages from any of the handsets; it can only be done from the base unit.

Best Buy vs Amazon

Seems to work all right. Not too expensive. Pretty similar to the one we have had for the past 15-20 years. Did not have in the store, had order it online. People at the store did not seem to know much about it. Hard to beat Amazon with this kind of service. I like Best Buy, have for years. But they need more "experts" if they are going to compete with Amazon.
