Not the greatest Panasonic Cordless Phone

It works, but 2 things I don't like: 1) The sound on an incoming call is poor, even worse when someone leaves a message. I don't even understand what the person is saying! 2) The phonebook is listed by first names only. I would like to have the phonebook listed by last names first, not first names. Bad choice by Panasonic!!

Not the best

With that being said, this set is by far not the best choice, you get a lot of feedback when having a conversation and as an elder it requires a lot of steps to save contacts and or block robo calls. You get what you pay for. Not worth the money.
