The volume will not go loud enough to hear messages. I had some phones this brand before that were easy to use and loud enough to hear.

Severely overcomplicated

The manual is incomprehensible. Already looking to replace these phones, which were a Christmas gift. It’s January.

Posted .Hi, Cheryl! Thank you for the review. If you experience issues with the volume during call, we would like you to perform a test with an Intercom call if you have more than 1 handset. If the same issue does not occur during Intercom calls between handsets, then there is an issue with your line: either with the service from the provider or with the physical line itself (a damage). For making an Intercom call, press the Intercom button on a handset and select another handset in the house that you want to page. Have a conversation with someone in your house to see how the sound is. Please also press, on a handset MENU, then the key # and enter code 122 and change the line from B to A using the UP and DOWN arrows. Save the option and press the OFF button. Hope this helps! -C

The batteries are rechargeable but they need to be replaced once they don't hold a charge anymore. -M

The audio is horrible and the calls drop from the handset and go directly to the cell phone! The handset goes dead.
