Phone for motel

Love the multiple ports!

The only minor drawback is that there is no place to see the written message by a caller. While that is a small inconvenience, it is offset by the fact that the volume is good. The smaller size of the handsets is good as they take up less place on the counter/furniture.

Panasonic Bluetooth DECT Phone System

I gave away my first one away, which still works fine and I replaced it with this new system. These phone systems work great. All you have to do is connect your cell phone to it through your Bluetooth and your all set. I have the main phone in my sitting room and three extensions throughout my home. This is a fantastic phone system and I highly recommend it.

Panasonic cordless phone system

We tried the ooma hd3 phone but the voice quality was not as good as the panasonic. It has a neat call block feature that if you pick up while the phone is ringing and hit call block it blocks it right away.

Good system, odd ring delay.

Is vey clear and goes louder than previous phone. Range is excellent. Slightly weird delay where phone lights up for about 2 seconds before the first ring. If you call in form another phone line the 1st ring on the cordless phone is the 2nd ring on the caller’s phone. Odd but not that big of a deal.

Best phones to block scammers

Cell only feature is an undocumented bug

Con: phone loses signal 40 feet away. Cell system is awful connected to an iPhone 13 via bluetooth. Got rid of land line finally and set it for Cell Phone Use Only: Yes, you can receive calls, but you cannot dial out. You can only select from a list of the last 5 dialed numbers. Frequently disconnects during calls.

Typically, Bluetooth devices operate within a range of about 30 feet, and achieving a range of 40 feet, as you mentioned, is considered quite good. Similarly, DECT technology operates under similar environmental constraints and interference from other devices. To make cellular calls using Link2Cell, you have the option to dial numbers manually or transfer them from your iPhone's phonebook. This process requires storing the phone numbers in the phonebook manually or transferring the entire phonebook from your iPhone to the device. Please keep these considerations in mind when using the Link2Cell feature, as they can affect performance based on your specific environment and usage conditions. -M

Bad cradle design.

The phones don't sit in the cradles, they mount to them. Therefore, they are not 'grab and answer', the cradle would not release easily, so they came up with the phone. Because of that, I returned them.
