It was easy to set up and easy to use. I had first purchased an AT&T phone but found the instructions and usage confusing - returned it for this phone.

Why can’t we speak to a person?

We had to waste an hour of our time on a chat to get the code to remove the female’s re-recorded message. Why can’t we speak to a real person?!!! The issue could have been solved in 5 minutes.

Many features and options that we'll never use but as a basic phone set it is ok. A good value IF you don't need clear easy to understand Caller ID.

I have them in the garage, family, kitchen, and bedroom, and they all sound great. I also like the call blocking feature, you can block over 100 numbers.

Easy set up for regular phone use. Not really interested in linking cell phones to this unit.

cordless phone for people who still have land line

The base station seems to slide away when I try to press the buttons to review the messages. It does let you listen to the messages from any handset, but you still have to use the base station to delete them.

Time for upgrade

Basic landline phone

It supports wireless bluetooth headphones but they must be near the base and that is not always going to be in the area of use so I wish they had headphone jacks.

Please note that the speaker on this model is standard, however it does have good-quality sound and volume. We do have other models available that are designed with amplified features, if you are interested. These amplified models provide enhanced volume and clarity to cater to specific hearing needs. If you require amplified functionality, we recommend considering one of our specialized amplified telephone models, such as KX-TGM430 or KX-TGM420. Hope this helps! -C
