poor sound quality

It feels much lighter and cheaper, and the sound quality is very poor. I already threw my old set away, or I would go back to it and return this one.

If the sound is not clear during calls, please unplug all cable connection from the base unit for 2 minutes then reconnect them. If the issue still persists, please press Menu on your handset, then the # key and enter 122. Following that please go to A and select that option and make sure to press Save. Hope this helps! - S
Cell-to-phone feature not reliable.

As connect to cell phones, they really suck. They are unable to remain connected to the house cell phone - used solely as a home phone and never moved. The base has been located next to the cell phone and 7 feet away without making a difference. I'm replacing them with a different brand today, as these phones are useless to me.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.since I haven't yet been able to make the phone do what it is supposed to, specifically program in time, and after calling your phone number 3 times after being on hold for 20 or more minutes each time, then when someone finally answered, they were supposed to put me on hold, but instead, hung up on me. After the 4th time calling, I finally got someone with some intelligence and she helped me through my issue.

Cell 2 Phone Issues

What we would recommend in this situation is to perform a test with an Intercom call if you have more than 1 handset. If the sound is not distorted during Intercom calls between handsets, then there is an issue with your line: either with the service from the provider or with the physical line itself (a damage). For making an Intercom call, press the Intercom button on a handset and select another handset in the house that you want to page. Have a conversation with someone in your house to see how the sound is. Please also press, on a handset, MENU, then this key # and enter code 122, and change the line from B to A using the UP and DOWN arrows. Save the option and press the OFF button. Hope this helps!
