Only problem with this one is that the handset volume won't go high enough. Maybe because of my hearing aids, but worked fine on old unit. However, the Speaker Phone option will get very loud if needed.

Spectrum provides a voicemail message system, yet sometimes I think incoming messages aren't picked up by the Spectrum system, but rather by the phone itself. If a human being who knows about the technology reads this email, perhaps you can explain. Thanks!

The phone can work with 2 answering systems, one that is your voicemail(from the provider), and one that is installed on the phone(the answering machine system). If you have both enabled, please make sure to let the system know which one you prioritize. You can prioritize based on the ring count. If the voicemail is set to 4 rings, and the answering machine to 5, the voicemail will answer. And vice versa. If you need to discuss with the support team, please visit shop.panasonic.com/support

I haven't had them long enough to really know how long they will last. My other cordless phone system was Unident, they were great and lasted over 18+ years! I only replaced them because I dropped one outside on cement and the screen stopped working. Couldn't find Unident phones anymore and that's why I bought these. Hope they last at least 1 year!!!

Good phones

I like Panasonic because I can rely on them to last. These new sets are lighter and seem to be ok so far.

Reliable, Long Lasting Panasonic Phones
