It is getting worsevas time goes by. First, it was the volume but qe figured we would live with it. NOW it's too late to return it. It won't keep the correct time and tge call waiting feature doesn't work.

Kindly note that if you are subscribed to Caller ID from your phone company, the unit's date and time setting will be automatically adjusted when caller information is received. If you do not wish for this feature to work, we have a setting for this, and we would kindly advise you to perform it. Using a handset, please press MENU, then the key # and enter code 226, then press the arrow down to select "Manual", then press SAVE. Additionally, the phone system is compatible with the Caller ID and Call Waiting Caller ID services. To see the name of the caller while you are already engaged in a call, a subscription to both Caller ID and Call Waiting with Caller ID services is required through your telephone service provider. -C

What we would recommend in this situation is to perform a test with an Intercom call if you have more than 1 handset. If the sound is not distorted during Intercom calls between handsets, then there is an issue with your line: either with the service from the provider or with the physical line itself (a damage). For making an Intercom call, press the Intercom button on a handset and select another handset in the house that you want to page. Have a conversation with someone in your house to see how the sound is. Please also press, on a handset, MENU, then this key # and enter code 122, and change the line from B to A using the UP and DOWN arrows. Save the option and press the OFF button. Hope this helps! To address the issue of the dropped calls and messages, we would recommend resetting your telephone by unplugging the power cord (AC Adapter) and the landline cord from the backside of the main base unit, wait for one minute, then reconnect them. Additionally, please take a handset, press the MENU button, then the key '' # '', and enter 122. With the UP or DOWN arrow keys choose the option that says "A", press SAVE, and to exit the setting press the OFF button. Check if the issue will persist. Works But….

Severely overcomplicated

The manual is incomprehensible. Already looking to replace these phones, which were a Christmas gift. It’s January.

Poor volume quality
