Works as expected. I do like the message waiting "flash" indicator at the top of each phone. I can just glance at the phone and know there is a message waiting.

This phone system is great. The sound when talking is perfect! Love the talking caller ID. We love it!!

Have had an older Panasonic model (circa 2007) and never had a problem with it so I decided to purchase another recently. No regrets here. The call clarity on all 3 hand sets is excellent and I especially appreciate the call block feature which is great for eliminating the large number of annoying messages on the answering machine.

Phones were an addition to the previous Panasonic cordless phones. To my surprise, all phones worked well with one another being they were three years apart. Great product!!!

The phone works and is good enough, but not great. The sound is fine as is the shape and size. My only complaint is that the buttons are a little stiff.

I purchased this phone for my elderly mother. She likes how big the numbers are and how they light up. Best phone she has had. She is very happy with it.

We needed a new phone asap and found this phone at best buy one Saturday. The price was right, the size was perfect for a small wall space in our kitchen and the extra 2 phones came in handy for our family room and living room. We didn't realize that the phone would also announce the person calling after the second ring. What a great feature.

I switched from landline to home cell and it works great I was able to keep my number and save 35 dollars per month paid for phones less than 3 months

these phones are much better than the Vtech we replaced. The audio caller ID is a bonus, don't have to check the phone in the evening when the telemarketiers love to call.

I have enjoyed all my purchases from Best Buy. The staff have been great at helping me purchase things I can understand. I am not a techy person but purchases have been useful.

The telephone was what we expected, straight forward with satisfactory options, fairly simple to operate.

Phone was easy to set up and has lots of good features. Periodically people tell me that I break up when talking with them. Seems to only happen with one handset so I just use the other 2 and they work fine. I had a power outage and loved the feature that I could still use the phone due to the battery backup. Overall, a pretty good phone.

The only thing I don't like about this phone is it is a little "wide" which makes it difficult for me to hold it in one hand and push the numbers.

I purchased this phone for my elderly mom. It is so easy for her to retrieve her messages. She is very happy with the phone. "When mama is happy, everyone is happy"

Very happy with the phones, had similar phones prior to these for probably 12 years & still worked but figured it was time for an upgrade. The new phones are awesome.

This phone set is real good. They use regular rechargeable aa battery which is easy to get when the battery is dead
