It is difficult to place mouse on small items because of the sensitivity. Don't forget to remove paper from battery compartment.

i love about this product are the speaker system and reliable signal. I use this phone with the magicJack voip phone line and the result came out very fantastic .

This is a nice phone. It handles very easily, the lighted background is a nice feature. The length of the handsets is very convenient.

We all love that there are 2 extra extension phones that can be carried any where in the house and one on each level of our house.

Husband was not a fan of how phone fit in your hand. Old Panasonic phone had a better fit that's why only 4 stars.
