Bought for Grandma to add on to her current Panasonic System. Sounds clear and has a pretty far range without distortion. Panasonic always have had a great Wireless home phone system.

These are the best phone that I ever bought. All the features you could want and more. Caller ID is great and call block for numbers that you don't want calling you is super great.

Love this phone. Easy to setup and operate. Has a cool feature that announces who's calling. Very useful.

The answering machine stopped working after one month, none of the buttons would work. Had to play messages from hand set. Panasonic customer support sort of incompetant. Taking over 2 months to resolve, waiting for them to send replacement.

No problems with anything except that it shows "Voice mail msg. via phone co." on the screen all the time. I called our phone service to get help but we have no messages via the phone company & the message does not go away & it also flashes that there is a message but there isn't any! Does anybody know how I can get this fixed??? Other than that the phone is great!

I purchased this Cordless Panasonic Phone. The clarity of the phone us vastly superior to the prior Panasonic cordless phones. You also get three phones for multiple users. There is also a built in answering machine which makes it an all in one unit.

Panasonic has always Manufactured Excellent Cordless Phones, so it was a No Brainer to replace my old Phone with a newer Pansonic Phone. What I have discovered is that Panasonic's Quality has gone down. The main Issues are with the Sound Quality, Volume, Static, and Feed Back on Speaker Phone. Volume, & Sound Quality is a MAJOR ISSUE for us Baby Boomers! It seems that no matter how high you set the Volume, it is still LOW?!...Panasonic Please Fix this, or you will lose Customers. :(

got this phone for Christmas...horrible reception, crackling and static are so bad i can't hardly hear the person. Most of the time the caller id don't even work just says "incoming call" .Checked with my phone co. and they say its my phone. Now Panasonic wants me to send all my phones and answering machine back to them at my expense.Are you for real? I will never buy panasonic again!

Love the phone and it's many great features, especially the Call Block. But the LED screen on the handset failed after 1 month of use- can only see half of the screen. Called Panasonic- I have to pay to return the headset. Shouldn't have to incur any costs for a brand new item that is defective.

We use these for our business and have been very pleased with them.

I purchased this simply for the Bluetooth functionality, and it ended up not having it. I had to call Panasonic's customer service center and they verified it does not. I returned it immediately. It's a good phone otherwise, but not worth the price.

Purchased in May, worked great at first. One handset screen went blank on the bottom half after a couple months. I basically ignored it - to many other things going on. Now, after 4 months 2 of the three have the same problem. Contacted Panasonic, very short and rude answers; asked for all sorts of information to be rounded up (which I did), then wouldn't do anything about the problem. Panasonic used to be a great brand, that's why I bought this system. Times have changed; and I won't make that mistake again!

Bought the unit because it's listed as bluetooth enabled. It is not.
