I purchased the Panasonic phones in order to improve my old outdated telephones in my residence. They are so easy to set-up and so many positive choices for ring tones and very easy to read and auto answer when you pick-up phone. The caller ID and answering system is also very good. I am a senior citizen and really like the the ability to control the volume on each phone in my house and easy to read and touch all phone keys.

The main phone and its two satellites was fairly simple to install-entering the settings on one phone automatically enters the same info on the other two.

I like the intercom feature. Don't have to travel up and down stairs. Incoming calls are clear.

The phones set up relatively easily but it was not obvious how to set up voicemail. Manual is not great but the phones work well and have excellent range.

I bought these in part because of the name. We're not disappointed so far. Lots of features, and works well.

Love that the phones were easy to set up and easy to use. A slight beeping is heard when too far away from the base on Eco mode but overall good phone system.

I was in need of a new telephone answering system, when mine malfunctioned. I visited the BEST BUY website and came upon this Panasonic Answering System. It had all of the features that I needed: 100 telephone numbers telephone book, phone number blocking, talking caller id, just to name a few. I really love this system!!

The clerk I asked told me that this was the model that they used in the store on the floor where the reception could be tricky, and that this model worked fine. Good enough for me. My problem: have not figured out how to see the last number who called me so that I can push redial if I want to. Seems that I have to read the directions for each operation that was apparent on my previous phones (all panasonic). Oh well. That's why 4 and not 5 stars.

This is a good basic cordless phone system. Easy to set up and easy to use. No extra features with this system.

I selected this phone because of the great value and price. It comes with an intercom system that allows you to call any of the handsets from any handsets. Very handy.

love the phones, not a problem hearing or talking. Also easy to program and especially having several phones in the house.

bought this for a friend who is in her 70's excellent phone announces the caller answering machine is simple to use and has enough extensions for the entire house

I bought this phone for my grandma who has a hard time hearing. It worked perfectly for her and doesn't interfere with her hearing aids.

keys are large, loud, bright back-light and battery last longer then most other cordless phones

The new Panasonic caller ID announcement system is much clearer and easier to understand that in the past. Having each handset announce the caller ID is wonderful!

we like the features of these phones, we can check messages from the phone and whatever is entered into one is also entered on all the phones

I got these phone for my mom for her birthday. They are good quality and I didn't want to pay close to 100 but I would again if I had too. Very happy customer.

the phone is ok as I only have had it a couple of weeks. I'm not happy with the volume on the caller's end, they need to make that adjustable.

Solid performing phone. Has no issues between floors. Could be a little more intuitive and easier though. For the price, a good product.
