Phone was easy to setup and configure had the base and 4 phones setup and running in less than 20 minutes! Sound is clear with no crackling, big screen and text so very easy to read Caller ID. Lots of nice features! would recommend to friends.

My phone that was about 5 years old started to die. After checking out all the phones on display at Best Buy I picked the Panasonic. It had the answering machine and the number of handsets I really wanted. I am so happy with this purchase. First of all, the setup was easy. I only had to enter my phonebook one time and it comes up on all phones. I love the feature that allow you to block calls. I have blocked all calls with the Unavailable and Blocked numbers and this has cut down on my junk calls dramatically. I love the feature that announces the caller so you know if you want to even pick up the phone when you are in another room. This phone makes everything so much easier because of these features. The only negative is that the base model must be wall mountable for our house and it looks a little clumsy on the wall due to the structure of the base. That is minor in comparison to the phone's benefits.

Great range from the base unit. Caller ID voice is very clear and easy to understand. Simple setup and like the fact that your phone book updates on all phones when you make a change or add a number.

Bought this for my father in law to replace their old Uniden house phone (3 total phones) and the hard wired phone. They were able to get it setup and running in no time. The only complaint is the ringtones. They are limited and are poor compared to other phones like the Uniden and Sony phones. It is a minor thing, but when you get used to cooler ringtones, it is hard to go back to annoying poor ones. They have been using them now for over 3 months and they seem to be working very well. They like the Caller-ID Voice alert telling them who is calling and if they need to rush to get the phone. Overall they are happy with the purchase and hope it lasts as long as their previous set. Oh yeah, another nice thing is the batteries! They are simply rechargeable AA batteries! It makes this a very cost effective system to own with no crazy expensive batteries to replace over time.

DECT 6.0 offers interference-free and clear sounding communications. Standard options are answering machine, remote access, talking caller ID, etc plus many more too numerous to mention. With five included handsets, one system replaced several disparate phone instruments. Priced much lower than similar packages I've seen in the past.

This Panasonic KXTGEA20 phone announces who is calling, has good sound quality, and caller ID. Mine is located in 5 locations in a two-story house, and we get good reception on all of the phones.

Such a great phone. The phone rings and announces who is calling. Sound is clear. You can keep hearing aid in to listen without it ringing. I would recommend to my friends.

A few features we haven't used yet but this is a great set of phones. It verbalizes the call coming in so it is not necessary go to the phone to see who has called.. At the time I was shopping for a new set of phones the sales associate was very helpful. The price was good though a few bucks more than I had seen on the internet. Any time I have shopped at My Bests Buy, the sales rep has always tried to get the best deal for me.

I like the fact that this system has 5 handsets and there are large buttons for dialing. Also like the fact that it announces who the call is from, so if it is a telemarketer, you don't have to rush to answer it.

I needed to replace an old phone system that interfered with my internet service. This systems was recommended and it is great. It calls out the name of the caller, you can retrieve messages from any phone not just the base, and the intercom is perfect when the kids are upstairs. I always have confidence in Panasonic products and this is another great one.

Easy to set up. Know who is calling. Enough phones for every major room. Reception is clear.

I would defiantly recommend these cordless phones to friends and other family members. Got one in every room. I like the voice caller id so when somone calls it actually speaks the callers name.

The numbers are a little too big, but the phone is great. It will tell you whos calling using audio. I like the belt clip option. You can purchase a key finder option. Great phone

With five handsets, this system allows me to have a phone in almost every room. The talking Caller ID feature allows me the luxury of not having to rush to the phone to see the screen for caller information. But, my favorite feature is having the ability/power to block up to 250 phone numbers...goodbye annoying telemarketers!

I am very pleased with this Panasonic phone system. I particularly like the audible announcement on incoming calls.

This phone is worth the money. Good clarity, bigger numbers, nice caller id readout and comfortable to hold.
