i have had to reinstall the caller id feature as well as the answering call feature a couple of times as they tend to go away. the phone company could find nothing wrong on their end but i am not certain. everything seems to be working okay as of this moment. i still like the phone on a whole.

We have used Panasonic cordless handsets for generations nd are pretty happy with them. This generation has bigger buttons and light up for ease of use at night. The voice clarity is great as always. Recommended

Replacing a 3 month old AT & T phone system that stunk. Complaints all around from callers on the other end saying they could hear background noise loud and clear but but not me. Time will tell if this is any better. Have gotten complaints that calls go directly to voice mail and I don't know why.

The is an excellent phone system for the house. There are so many options, we turned the ringer off in the study and bedrooms so that we would not be disturbed. We turned off the vocal caller id in those rooms as well. We left those options on in the other rooms.

excellant quality, sound is very clear, no problem with my hearing aids. Lots of features and easy to set up.

Set up was easy and the phones work with good reception and caller ID. Wish it came with an extra one or two more phones to spread around.

I bought this for my elderly mother. I placed these handsets throughout her home for safety reasons. I like that the buttons are big enough for her to see. The ringer is loud enough for her to hear as well as the talking caller ID. Very functional phones.

This phone set is great for a larger home. With 5 units, it is convenient to place a phone comfortably throughout the house. The set up and operation of all the functions are easy to understand.

The five phone set was easy to set up and use right of the box. Even though the menu was different from my previous set, I could use most features quickly.

A wee bit more difficult to enter new numbers than my older system. However if you enter the date and time on one unit, all five are updated automatically. Same holds true when you enter a person/number on one. The others are automatically updated.

This phone system replaced an older Panasonic model. The quality of the older unit was better. the phone was heavier and a light appeared at the top to indicate that the phone was fully charged. Voice quality is good and the features are adequate.

Voice quality clear. Multiple sets very handy. Large buttons super for us older folk. Haven't yet used full capabilities this set offers. No regrets whatsoever on purchase. Order online/local store pickup was quick and no hassles. Way to go Best Buy.

This phone has more features than you are ever going to need! What a step up in technology. The sound quality is fantastic. Love the lighted keypad.

These phones are great. The only issue I have with them is their range is limited by exterior walls. If the phone's signal has to travel through two exterior walls to reach the base, the reception degrades rapidly.

Great set of five phones! Easy to set up and start using. It's very useful having five matching phones, all of the buttons are in the same place. They hold the charge for a pretty long time and have a great locator button if one is missing.

This is a great system for multiple phones in multiple locations. The only drawback is the voice which announces each call. "She" is hard to understand and only repeats what is on the screen so a number that shows up as originating from Chi, IL is started as chiil.

This set allowed us to page each other and keep in constant communication, which was very helpful for our line of work, The belt clips added to the convenience of this set. I would purchase this set again.

was looking for new system with more than4 handsets,had Panasonic before and always worked great.loved the features and price was good

The last 3 phone systems have been Panasonic's so that tells you that I am very happy with the product. I like the "call block" feature, the ease of setting up your phonebook, clarity, size of buttons, the number of handsets you get, etc.

I like this set up. More durable than my last AT&T set. I still would like to have a heavier feel in the handset but I'm probably an anomaly in wanting my phone to be heavier. Most home phones just feel so cheap when they are so plastic-y. I really like this set, good sound quality and nice features. I have no complaints.
