This phone system replaced an older Panasonic model. The battery lasted longer on the older unit and a light appeared at the top to indicate that the phone was fully charged. Voice quality is good, lots of features, easy to install

This is a replacement for my home phone system. (yes, I still have a land line!) I find it easy to use, although much slower to place entries into the phone book. Otherwise, it's features are quite useful. I can now block "robo" call numbers, which Is wonderful.

We have 2 levels and were missing calls. The added phone allows us to answer it no matter on which floor we happen to be at the time. The ringer noise is not optimal so that accounts for the slightly lower rating. We have yet to test some of the other features.

Does what it is supposed to do. I love that the phone book is the same on all the phones. If I enter a number on 1 handset, it is automatically stored on all handsets-- a previous model I had did not do that, and it was a pain.

The phones are, in and it was easy to place them throughout our home. The only drawback to this Panasonic system is that when the phone is on its charger base...the face telling date and time aren't lit up. This would be helpful when a call is coming in.

Purchased to replace an earlier model. Similar to what I had before, some slight differences. Prefer the older models ease to blocking unwanted callers, but otherwise working great and doing it's job.

I bought these for my mother, she is up in age and she loves the ease of use and the clear sound.

The phones were easy to set up, and the extension out in my workshop works well. So far we are very happy with this set of phones.

I switched from the ATT phone because that one didn't have speed dial. This one does but doesn't display names and numbers of callers. Why can't all features be in any one phone??? Oh well...

Charged up the phones overnight, set them up the next day, they work great. My only complaint is that I had to program each phone separately, but that wasn't any problem.

Had Panasonic phones before. This stood up to their reputation. Easy to install and works great. Love the large numbers.

My Panasonic 5-phone cordless phone set is great, with answering machine, caller ID, speaker phone, and easy to use.

Very good for expanding to have a phone all over the house!!! Sound is clear, easy to figure out and the answering system is answered through all the handsets and is a feature that that is great have!!!

I choose this product based on Consumer Reports' review. My primary requirement was good sound quality. The sound quality of this product is fair at best..Other features are good, but the directory could include more information.

The sound is clear and I like how you get five. I added phones in places I never thought of, like in the garage.

This was purchased for my elderly mother. We placed the phones in the den, kitchen, bedroom, laundry room as well as the bathroom. Yes, bathroom you never know. Would recommend.

The first Panasonic Phone system we bought has lasted at least 8 years. We bought this one as the current one is showing its age but still works. Great clarity and great quality and very dependable.

Works great throughout the house. Huge memory and easy to use. Only complaint is that blocking numbers isn't very intuitive so takes time to do it.

the phone has a lot of good features, especially the audio announce of a incoming call. However, the phone book is a little to cumbersome.
