When I answered the phone I could hear people but they could not hear me. I tried various things for a few days, but couldn't figure out what was wrong and I returned them. Got AT&T phones (one less phone, bummer) and they didn't work. I called Comcast Cable and had them come check if there was a cable problem. It seems that when the neighbors had their yard aerated the cable was damaged and that was the problem, not the phones after all. I wish I had this product back with the 5 phones instead of four.

So Far So Good

I like it, but I never have big expectations for wireless phones, I replace them every 4 years or so.
