I like the appearance of this phone,it is light and easy to handle .The convenience is having a phone to answer on each level, and not having to run from floor to floor. The phone is always within reach.

The system was on close out but it has worked great the two months I have had it. I work from home and Panasonic is the only manufacturer that still has a headset jack on there phones. I spend 3-5 hours everyday on the phone and no compliants

This Panasonic phone system offers great voice clarity. The handset size is just right and comfortable to use. The large numeric keypad is easy to see as well.

This system came with enough phones for us to put in the main areas of the house. Only the main phone needs to be plugged into a phone jack which helps with placement and eliminates phone cords being everywhere. There is a lot to learn with these phones initially but it is well worth it.

Having a hard time getting the clicking noise out of the phone

Echoing in telephones and speakerphone did not preform well we traded it in for an AT&T which has an antenna on the base seems to work much better

I'm electronically challenged, yet even I can use this telephone, can get messages, and understand caller ID. Succinctly, it works, I like it, and I get it.

After several years, it was time to replace our landline phone - yes, we are still in that world. So happy with the purchase we made, we have several extensions throughout our house, and this new Panasonic works wonderful and takes care of our landline requirements.

Good product and good price. Phones are nice and work well. Many options for volume and ring tones. The only minor issue I have found is that the information screen is tedious to navigate, and may be frustrating to those who are not used to this feature.

We use Comcast telephone service. This phone seems to work well with the service. Occasionally there is static on the line and I may hear an echo while using the phone, but this happened with our previous phone also so I don't know if the problem is with Comcast or the phone.

Love that it has a variety of functions and settings.

Purchased this set for my elderly aunt who has a hard time seeing and hearing, even with hearing aids. The large buttons and adjustable volume were essential features and we've had good luck with Panasonic systems in the past.

Phones work great and there are a lot of them to go around. Speaker phone on each headset is good and the ability to block numbers directly on the headset is very useful.

Liked the 5 handsets, as we can answer anywhere in the house and garage, and not have to carry them around. Easy to hear phone calls with the main base speaker phone. The handsets have good quality speakers, also.

Very happy with purchase. Bought this set to replace an older Panasonic cordless set I purchased about 12 years ago. This set is exactly what needed. Good features and nice quality. Definitely recommend.

I liked the fact that you only needed one phone jack. The other bases for each extension just need to be plugged in within the house for charging.

Much better sound quality and consistency than any other cordless we've ever used (except an earlier version of Panasonic). Tried all the others, no comparison.

Bought the product and then found out that another store had the exact same product for $40 less. Thought about returning the items but then decided against it. Should have shopped around more. My bad.

Bought this phone set and within a few weeks one of the handsets quit working properly. It would cut in and out like there was some sort of electrical short. Contacted Panasonic and they expect me to pay to ship the handset to them for them to look at. I just pay over $100 for a phone system and you want me to pay more because of a faulty product? This is at least my second, but definitely my last, Panasonic phone system. I refuse to back a company who refuses to back their product.
